As part of this new venture, Orlando Health will serve as the USATF Medical Partner for the upcoming 2024 U.S. Olympic Team Trials-Marathon, taking place on Saturday, February 3 in Orlando. Additionally, we will serve as a community partner for the annual RunJumpThrow event in the Orlando region, reinforcing a joint commitment to healthy participation in sport.

Designated Chief Medical Officers for the 2024 U.S. Olympic Team Trials-Marathon are board-certified orthopedic surgeon Dr. Sean McFadden and board-certified primary care sports medicine physician, Dr. George Eldayrie. Both physicians are a part of Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute.
